Pastor Jeff and Michelle married in summer 1992 and are blessed with two children. Paul and Susan. Originally from Lancaster, PA and raised in Delaware until age 15 where he was saved in Grace Baptist Church (grandma's church in Alabama) and baptized in First Baptist Church in Dover, DE. He later moved to Germany and graduated from Bitburg High School. He found himself in Las Vegas, but attended university in Edmond, OK and met his wonderful wife, Michelle at the Baptist Student Union. There he earned his Bachelor of Science Education and Master's in Educational Leadership..
He served as a missionary in Jurbise, Belgium through the ISC program of the International Mission Board and moved back to Las Vegas, NV and taught with CCSD. In 2004 he became bi-vocational education pastor to MTCBC.

Norm was born in 1954 in Champaign, Illinois. He became a Christian at the age of 14. Norm is married to Melissa.. They've been blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
He has been leading music and directing church choirs since 1974. In 1978, he began serving full time as music & youth minister at First Southern Baptist Church in Reno.
In 1981, he and Melissa accepted a call to music & youth ministry at First Southern Baptist Church, Las Vegas. In 1993 he became a bi-vocational minister of music & worship at Mt Charleston Baptist Church, Mt. Charleston, NV. In 1995 he also began teaching elementary music in the Clark County School District and continued teaching for 27 years, retiring from the district in 2022.
